Clinic will focus on:
- Explosive attacking mechanics
- Technique & arm swing efficiency
- Timing & transition footwork
- Blocking technique & hand positioning
- Reading hitters & defensive awareness

Coaches will integrate fundamental keys of Gold Medal Squared through competitive drills and game like reps!
