This is a summer training program is designed for our intermediate and advanced middle school and high school players. CVT (Competitive Volleyball Training) puts the emphasis on training athletes in all fundamental volleyball skills while focusing on targeted positional training. In addition to honing execution and technique, this training provides opportunities to fortify court sense and volleyball IQ.
